Our Patient Service Representatives are the face of our office-the first and last interaction our patients have each visit.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team at a dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision and pharmacy care-all under one roof.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
  • Verify insurance and collect patient payments
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Coordinate patient flow to support an on-time schedule
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
