Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas Nevada - LAS VEGAS, NV 89139Position Summary The Manufacturing Welder is responsible for performing metal fabrication, welding, and assembly work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and use various tools and equipment to construct high-quality products. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to resolve manufacturing challenges and contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and production efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Operate tools and equipment such as saws (power and hand), drills, screw guns, hammers, welders, measuring tools and other fabrication tools. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication. Weld and adjoin metals structurally to ensure strong, long-lasting bonds. Engineer solutions to manufacturing and fabrication issues as they arise. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members across multiple departments to collaborate on resolving production problems and customer needs. Demonstrate attention to detail by distinguishing between rough and finished work and ensuring all pieces meet quality standards. Maintain flexibility by assisting in all areas of warehouse and manufacturing operations, not limited to welding or fabricating tasks. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe and clean working environment. Perform other duties assigned to support the team and overall production goals. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification or technical training preferred. Prior experience in welding, metal fabrication, or manufacturing preferred. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints is required. Strong welding and metal fabrication skills with attention to detail. Ability to engineer and problem-solve during fabrication processes. Effective communication and collaboration with team members from multiple disciplines. Strong understanding of quality standards in fabricated metalwork. Flexibility and willingness to assist in other operational areas. Physical Demands and Work Environment Regular activities include climbing stairs/steps, stretching, lifting up to 40 lbs., bending at the waist, pushing materials and equipment, walking throughout the warehouse and production areas. Intermittent activities include lifting overhead, climbing ladders, lifting 40 lbs. or more, squatting and working in awkward positions.  Warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, dust, metal shavings, welding equipment and varying temperatures. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, welding shields, gloves and steel-toed boots, is required. Standing and working for extended periods in physically demanding conditions.
