We strive to attract individuals whoĀ seekĀ to excel.Ā This internship willĀ provide experience in theĀ full cost accounting cycle which includes:Ā

Job DutiesĀ 

  • Establish and enter job budget into accounting systemĀ 

  • Collect delivery ticketsĀ Ā 

  • Verify purchase order pricingĀ 

  • Process invoicesĀ 

  • Enter invoicesĀ 

  • Enter subcontractor payments and verify their contractual complianceĀ 

  • Create and enter material,Ā truckingĀ and subcontractor accrualsĀ 

  • Manage project inventory and accrualsĀ 

  • Compare budget to what was enteredĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ reasons for deviations with budgetĀ 

  • IdentifyĀ reasons for deviations from monthly/yearly revenue and gross profit forecastsĀ

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Candidate currently majoring in Accounting,Ā Finance,Ā orĀ aĀ related 4-year degree programĀ 

  • Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communicationsĀ 

  • Moderate toĀ high levelĀ of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookĀ 

  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingersĀ 

  • Ability to calculate figures and amountsĀ as it pertains to accounting and financeĀ
