Automotive BDC Representative - Sales

Title: BDC Representative / Inside Sales – Base + Bonus, $38K–$70K+ Potential – North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring

Job Summary

North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring is hiring a BDC / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries — no cold-calling strangers, these are people who already reached out to us. You'll be the first voice or message a customer gets, and your job is to turn that inquiry into a confirmed, shown appointment.

Pay & Earning Potential

• Guaranteed base: $2,000/month ($1,000 paid twice monthly), plus:
• $15 per qualified shown appointment, with monthly tier bonuses up to $600
• $40–$55 bonus per vehicle sold from your appointments
• Typical reps earn $38,000–$53,000/year; top performers earn $70,000+
• Paid, structured training — no automotive experience required if you've worked phones, call center, or customer service before

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, texts, and chats
• Book and confirm appointments, log everything in the CRM
• Follow up ahead of visits to minimize no-shows
• Hand off arrived customers cleanly to the sales team
• Work toward daily activity goals (calls and booked appointments) that directly drive your bonus pay

What We're Looking For

• Call center, telemarketing, or customer service background preferred — automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong phone, text, and email communicator
• Comfortable with CRM/data entry tools
• Reliable, organized, able to work a schedule that includes some evenings and one weekend day (replace with your actual rotation — specifics here reduce drop-off vs. "as needed")
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to pass a background check
