The Business Analyst will solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing effective solutions. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend process improvements, and support project planning and execution.
This is an expert-level position requiring a highly skilled professional capable of managing complex business analysis activities, contributing to project estimation, and recommending strategic approaches to requirements management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into documented processes and solutions
- Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Document findings and present results to project teams and leadership
- Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions to business challenges
- Support business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing project scope, benefits, and risks
- Facilitate change management efforts associated with project initiatives
- Assist in developing and maintaining user documentation
- Contribute to complex scoping activities and project estimations
- Recommend best approaches for requirements gathering and documentation
- Apply strong understanding of business strategy principles to project work
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies
- Process mapping and workflow documentation experience
- Proficiency with Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while supporting multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing complex business analysis and scoping activities
