Customer Service Admin - Northside Lexus Auto Dealership

Northside Lexus is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our Call Center Team—supporting customers over the phone while providing essential administrative assistance to our Service Department.

We’re searching for someone with a winning attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong potential and a desire to grow. At our dealership, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of our family.

Essential Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Northside Lexus Call Center Team, you will:

  • Serve as a primary customer service representative on the phones

  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately

  • Provide clear explanations of invoices to customers

  • Resolve concerns or issues with professionalism and care

  • Perform standard administrative duties to support the Service Department

  • Fully coordinate and communicate customer needs with the service team to ensure a seamless experience

  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Additional training or education is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong keyboarding and documentation skills

  • A customer-focused mindset with outstanding service abilities

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a personable demeanor
