Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging, dynamic, and member-focused Group Fitness Instructor to join our elevated wellness team. This role is intentionally open-ended to welcome experienced instructors from a wide variety of disciplines who bring passion, creativity, and expertise to the studio.

Whether your specialty is strength, mind-body, cardio, fusion, or specialty formats, we value instructors who create inspiring, results-driven programming and meaningful member connections.
Potential Class Formats Include (but are not limited to):
Fitness Fusion
Mat Pilates
Tai Chi
Zumba
Strength-based formats (e.g., “Pump”-style classes)
Yoga Flow
Mobility & Stretch
Functional Training
Low-impact or Active Aging formats
Specialty or signature formats you bring to the table
We welcome instructors who offer unique modalities that enhance and diversify our group fitness schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy, professionally structured group fitness classes
Create safe, effective, and thoughtfully designed workouts for varying fitness levels
Provide clear instruction, proper technique demonstration, and appropriate modifications
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating class environment
Uphold country club level hospitality and member engagement standards
Arrive prepared and punctual for all scheduled classes
Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with equipment setup and breakdown
Build strong member relationships to support retention and community
Stay current with industry trends and continuously refine programming
Qualifications
Experience leading group fitness classes required
Nationally recognized group fitness certification preferred but not required (format-specific certifications encouraged)
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Strong communication and motivational skills
Professional presence aligned with a health club environment
Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences
