The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain brand standards, manage inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of all stores. Sales & Performance: Drive revenue growth, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage store teams while maintaining a high-performance culture. Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, handle feedback, and maintain product quality. Financial Management: Manage P&L;, budgets, and cost control; report performance to leadership. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies through regular audits.
