Demonstrated ability to work with patients of all ages. Knowledge of medical and routine eye care standards of care. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service and the ability to provide an exceptional patient experience. Ability to meet patient volume demands through efficient and effective care. Ability to work accurately with detailed data; to multi-task while maintaining working relationships with guests, public and staff; to act independently and use good judgment; to problem solve and troubleshoot. Ability to act as a team player with the understanding that the growth and well-being of the organization is of utmost importance, while also being able to demonstrate initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
