Position Summary
The AR Account Supervisor drives reliable accounts receivable delivery for customers within an assigned zone by coordinating priorities, monitoring execution risks, resolving issues, and ensuring follow-through on corrective actions. This role strengthens execution integrity through process control, timely escalation, and cross-functional partnership, while maintaining clear boundaries from people management, staffing decisions, and work assignment.
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated experience supporting accounts receivable, revenue cycle, or customer delivery operations in a production-focused environment.
- Proven ability to monitor operational performance, identify delivery risks, and drive timely issue resolution within defined standards.
- Ability to prioritize work, communicate expectations, and follow through on corrective actions without direct people-management authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to escalate risks clearly and professionally.
Preferred
- Experience supporting account-based delivery, customer-aligned operations, or multi-account production workflows.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, audit follow-up, performance monitoring, or continuous improvement processes.
- Experience partnering with customer-facing, operations, or leadership teams to align service commitments with execution realities.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery outcomes for customers within the assigned zone by monitoring quality, timeliness, issue resolution, and follow-through.
- Coordinate daily and near-term priorities to keep work aligned with customer commitments, operational standards, and known risks.
- Identify execution gaps, recurring issues, and delivery risks; define next steps and ensure accountability is assigned to the appropriate role.
- Resolve account-level execution issues and confirm corrective actions are completed, sustained, and communicated as needed.
- Support closure and prevention of issues identified through quality assurance, audit findings, customer escalations, or operational reviews.
- Escalate systemic risks, resource constraints, or scope concerns to Zone leadership with clear context, impact, and recommended action.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and operational leaders to align customer expectations with execution status and delivery realities.
- Maintain visibility into execution metrics, trends, barriers, and follow-up commitments for customers within assigned zone scope.

- Recurring issues decrease through clear root-cause follow-up, corrective action, and prevention planning.
