Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales growth by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to support revenue growth through excellent service and account management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts 
  • Manage day-to-day customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-ups 
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines 
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Support outside sales representatives with account management and sales activities 
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business 
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts 
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, open orders, and customer communications 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems 
  • Assist with contract management, pricing updates, and customer agreements 
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally 
  • Generate sales reports and support forecasting activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 2–5 years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experience 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) 
  • Experience with CRM (Monday.com Preferred) a

and/or ERP systems (Epicor Preferred) 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial industry 
  • Familiarity with order processing and supply chain coordination 
  • Experience supporting B2B sales environments


Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role in Conroe, TX
