Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales growth by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to support revenue growth through excellent service and account management.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accountsÂ
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-upsÂ
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelinesÂ
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure on-time deliveryÂ
- Support outside sales representatives with account management and sales activitiesÂ
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat businessÂ
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accountsÂ
- Track and manage sales pipelines, open orders, and customer communicationsÂ
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systemsÂ
- Assist with contract management, pricing updates, and customer agreementsÂ
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionallyÂ
- Generate sales reports and support forecasting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)Â
- 2–5 years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experienceÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skillsÂ
- Excellent communication and customer service abilitiesÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Â
- Experience with CRM (Monday.com Preferred) a
and/or ERP systems (Epicor Preferred)Â
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial industryÂ
- Familiarity with order processing and supply chain coordinationÂ
- Experience supporting B2B sales environments
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in Conroe, TXÂ
- Minimal travel required
