ATCO STRUCTURES AND LOGISTICS (USA) INC. (“ASL-USA”) is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Office in Houston, TX. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managin order pipelines, coordinating with branch operations teams, and guiding clients from initial sale processing through final delivery, serving as the critical hub connecting sales engineers, operations team, and external logistics partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Project & Order Coordination - Track sales orders from initial contract signing to delivery.
  • Order Validation - Verify order specifications with customer, ensuring customer has knowledge of all material finish choices before delivery, assisting with add-ons as needed. Assist sales estimators by compiling standard pricing tiers for modular units and add-ons.
  • Timeline Oversight - Monitor production schedules to provide accurate delivery windows to clients.
  • Delivery Logistics & Client Communication- Coordinate delivery schedules with  existing network of logistics providers to meet customers schedule
  • Coordinate unit deployment of Fleet units.  Ensure necessary logistics and transportation records are properly maintained. Maintain up-to-date and accurate Fleet availability list. 
  • Client Interface - Provide regular milestone updates to customers. Regularly liaise with Sales teams to ensure customer commitments are met, maintained, and communicated timely.
  • Issue Resolution - Document and resolve change orders, shipping delays, etc.
  • Perform work order administration including cost reporting, purchase order generation and timely internal communications.
  • Coordinate Fleet return(s). Once returned. Ensure accurate records are properly documented, filed and communicated to appropriate team members. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of customer service in a sales setting. Experience in construction and/or modular industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP software (e.g., Oracle).
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications for project tracking. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, with intermediate skills in Microsoft excel.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically.

  • Requires the ability to use hands and fingers to type. Frequent ability to reach with arms, grasp with hands and arms. 
  • Requires the ability to provide verbal communication. Ability to speak/hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 
  • Position may require occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; climb or balance.

  • This position will need to conduct a monthly inventory of the fleet in the yard. This work environment involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
  • Additionally, in the yard environment, this position will involve some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which will require the following basic safety precautions and the ability to wear assigned and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
