Compensation Options - We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

W-2 / Hourly Positions:

  • SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

  • SLP: $50–$76/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)

Flexible Scheduling

Design a schedule that works for you:

  • Traditional 5x8s
  • 4x9s + half-day Friday
  • 4x10s

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
