We're seeking a professional, team-focused and dependable person to help resolve/investigate Team Member concerns, while assisting in onboarding and payroll tasks in our Human Resources Office.Â

Pay: $14.00-$16.00/Hr
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate clocking in and out procedures of all Seasonal Team Members
- Daily and accurate operation of Human Resource databases; iCIMS, UKG, Dayforce & other applicationsÂ
- Professionally answer all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous mannerÂ
- Inputs, tracks, counsels team member attendance and other policy violationsÂ
- Adhere to and model Grooming, Guest First, and Safety StandardsÂ
- Assist in other aspects of Human Resources, including Employment & Recruiting, Administration and WardrobeÂ
- Electronically files employee filesÂ
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the HR officeÂ
- Enforcing all park policies and procedures while remaining fair and unbiased.Â
- Monitoring minor labor laws for Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown to ensure policies and procedures are being observed in reference to hours worked.Â
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., manage files, use word processors or spreadsheets)
- Able to work with minimal supervision, manage time/tasks effectively, maintain control over current cases/responsibilities and follows up on all relevant issuesÂ
- Willing to quickly learn and conduct HR related software – Smartsheet's, UKG, iCIMS, Dayforce, ARS, etc.
- Discrete approach to sensitive, confidential and complex employee files/relations
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and the desire to interact with employees Â
- Demonstrate problem-solving skillsÂ
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidaysÂ
- Excellent time management skillsÂ
- Strong leadership skills with a sense of teamwork and positive attitudeÂ
- Great written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Must be confident and able to coach and engage with employees of all agesÂ
