Job Summary

Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them in assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the receipt of all finished products.
  • Safely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and/or pallet movers.
  • Support the materials handling process for production-related materials.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse Develop, revise, and review documentation for all materials-related activities.
  • Weighs pallets and scrap when applicable.
  • Shrink-wrap finished products and set up floor warehouse pickup.
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.

 

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid fork-lifting certificate.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Mathematical aptitude.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

  • Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures.
