P3Job Profile Summary:
The purpose of this position is to contribute to the execution of high-level support work, including support for all users through the resolution of specialized benefit cases using Service Now technology for cases related to Financial Benefits. A critical focus will be on identifying process improvement opportunities, optimizing centralized work, and measuring the delivery of those services in a consistent objective way. This position will establish a credible relationship with team members, Advisor HRs and HR Partners to ensure Tyson benefits program policies and procedures are followed and understood in a fair, consistent and equitable manner. This position will monitor and respond to the appropriate team or team member in order to resolve the cases timely and accurately. Further responsibilities will include maintaining professional and technical knowledge by delivering results to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess benefits procedures, providing recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate benefits-related meetings and training sessions.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies to employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support onboarding of newly acquired entities into company benefit programs, including financial benefits.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.
- Ensure consistency and alignment in employee benefit communications across the organization.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Health & Welfare Benefits. Thorough Knowledge of all Tyson benefits and enrollment processes preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Power Point presentation & development.
Special Skills:
Strong interpersonal, planning problem solving, and organization skills required. Must be able to meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision and together as a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show discretion in handling confidential information. Deliver highly detailed project management plans and implementation of those plans.
Location:
This positon is in Springdale Arkansas at Tyson on Thompson.
Travel: 25-35% travel
