Full-Time Housekeeper – Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our residential behavioral healthcare facility. Daily responsibilities focus on cleaning and sanitizing resident living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Essential Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, hallways, and lobbies.
• Prioritize the daily cleaning and disinfection of residential spaces and restrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain facility cleanliness according to infection control standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report restocking needs.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Assist with facility inspections, tours, and special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous commercial housekeeping experience required; healthcare or residential facility experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete Handle With Care (HWC) training upon hire and complete required refresher training every six months.
• Must obtain CPR certification upon hire and maintain certification through annual refresher training.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

This position works in a residential behavioral healthcare setting. Candidates must be comfortable working around adolescents receiving treatment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
