Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual for our NIGHT FOREMAN position at our Quarry located in Springdale, Arkansas. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience with aggregate operations and plant maintenance. The successful candidate must be motivated and have an uncompromising emphasis on safety.

Job Responsibilities:Â
- Supervise quarry employees and plant operations.
- Overseeing proper implementation of safety procedures.
- Control costs to meet budgets and reduce costs to achieve savings.
- Effectively manage staff by setting clear performance objectives, providing regular feedback, and providing development through training.
- Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
- Ensure processes for quality product production and collaborate with area Quality Control department.

Qualifications:Â
- An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Experience in quarry operations necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability in identifying, communicating, and implementing best operating practices, including quality, maintenance, production, and safety excellence.
- Proven safety record and excellent compliance in MSHA safety standards.
- Possess strong basic math knowledge.
- Basic surveying and mapping skills are required.
- Working knowledge of environmental policies, standards, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of AggQC and AggFlow is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office.
Ability to work outdoors which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as production requires.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
Must be able to pass a drug screen at any time.
Must be able to provide documentation to prove identity and eligibility for authorization to work in U.S.
