Sonic Summary

The Process Engineer will be tasked with producing product-related documents and verifying processes to enhance the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on the production line.
Key responsibilities include developing project FMEA and control plans, as well as conducting various process verifications and improvements.
Candidates must have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in process technology.
The position requires familiarity with quality analysis tools and standards such as TS16949, as well as proficiency in office software and CAD drawing skills.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for the production of product-related documents and process verification; be responsible for the improvement of OEE on the production line and completion of process optimization and cost reduction targets.

Responsibilities

Develop the project FMEA and control plan and organize relevant departments to review and implement them.
Develop error-proofing lists, E&F lists and other related documents, as well as conduct various process verifications.
Be responsible for analyzing the problem points in the product manufacturing process and making process improvements.
Organize relevant departments to take the lead in improving the OEE of the production line.
Participate in the department's technological transformation projects and make relevant improvements.
Improve the quality issues related to the corresponding products.
Analyze the production capacity and make improvements.

Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in process technology, with strong execution ability and good interpersonal skills
PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, CP, lean production, project development process.
Familiar with TS16949; And seven major tools for product quality analysis, Minitab.
Proficient in using office software and having CAD drawing skills.
