Responsibilities
- Develop the project FMEA and control plan and organize relevant departments to review and implement them.
- Develop error-proofing lists, E&F lists and other related documents, as well as conduct various process verifications.                                                                                  Â
- Be responsible for analyzing the problem points in the product manufacturing process and making process improvements.                                                                               Â
- Organize relevant departments to take the lead in improving the OEE of the production line.      Â
- Participate in the department's technological transformation projects and make relevant improvements.                                Â
- Improve the quality issues related to the corresponding products.             Â
- Analyze the production capacity and make improvements.              Â
Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in process technology, with strong execution ability and good interpersonal skills
PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, CP, lean production, project development process.
Familiar with TS16949; And seven major tools for product quality analysis, Minitab.
Proficient in using office software and having CAD drawing skills.
