Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Customer Strategy & Execution (CS&E), is responsible for improving how work gets done across customer execution, innovation, and private label pipelines. 

This role focuses on reporting, data visibility, process optimization, and execution support to reduce manual effort, improve cross-functional alignment, and enable more efficient execution. 


This role will help build scalable ways of working by consolidating reporting, standardizing processes, and leveraging automation and AI to reduce coordination burden, enabling managers to focus on strategy and decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Ownership 

  • Own dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools; consolidate trackers into a single source of truth; improve visibility into innovation pipeline, customer commitments, and risks. 

Data Management & Process Standardization 

  • Standardize and manage trackers across innovation execution, launch readiness, customer planning, and Private Label pipeline; ensure data accuracy and reduce duplication. 

Execution Support & Coordination 

  • Support cross-functional coordination; track key inputs, decisions, and dependencies; reduce follow-up burden by improving workflow structure. 

Private Label (PL) Tracking & Visibility 

  • Own end-to-end tracking of Private Label activity from request through execution; ensure visibility into status, ownership, and risks; support consistent and scalable PL processes. 

AI & Automation Enablement 

  • Identify and implement automation for reporting, summaries, and workflows; leverage tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot; support adoption of more efficient ways of working. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication, and improve execution speed and clarity. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required and transferrable work experience preferred

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Trade Marketing, Sales Marketing, Sales Analytics, or Category Management in the CPG industry.

Computer & Core Skills: Expert level competency related to syndicated analytics, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Significant experience with IRI or Nielsen syndicated data strongly preferred. Power BI experience preferred. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Special Skills: Analytical skills; demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and make recommendations. Critical thinker. Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in fast paced environment with little direction from management.

Communication Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with sales organization and internal BU Supply Chain partners.

Travel: Minimal; 1-3 trips per year
