Job Details:

Pay: $16.95 hour.

Job description: 

This position is responsible for operating the palletizer and ensuring the palletizing of all boxes.

Requirements:

• This person is responsible for ensuring that the palletizer is setup for production and supplying empty pallets. 

• This person is also responsible for hand palletizing if the line produces more boxes than the palletizer can handle, lifting boxes up to excess of 40 pounds

Other Duties: Work as directed by supervisor

Equipment: Hairnets/beard nets, gloves, smocks, pallets, boxes of product

Special Skills: On Job Training

Communication Skills:  None Specific

Environment: Work inside facility, noisy, wet floors and cool temps (50 or below), adequate lighting, moving objects, mechanical and electrical hazards. Sanitizing solutions in water and sanitizers.   Days per week and hours per day will vary

This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Rehire Consideration:

• 180 days (6 months) waiting period.

• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.

• Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.

• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
