What You BringĀ

Skills and Requirements:Ā
Ā
Minimum QualificationsĀ
6 yearsā experience in a related field in lieuĀ of a degree.Ā The rightĀ candidateĀ could also have a different combination, such asĀ bachelorāsĀ degree and 2 yearsā experience in a related fieldĀ or;Ā aĀ masterās degree and up to 2 yearsā experience.Ā
Proven success in sales/business development:Ā identifyingĀ new opportunities, building client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.Ā
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.Ā
Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy.Ā
Skilled at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.Ā
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment whileĀ maintainingĀ high levelsĀ of client relationships and business excellence.Ā
A valid driverās license,Ā good drivingĀ recordĀ and reliable transportation.Ā
Preferred QualificationsĀ
ExpertĀ in prospecting new business and nurturing existing client relationships through consultative selling and deep digital marketingĀ expertiseĀ to deliver impactful, customized solutions.Ā
Demonstrated success in developing strategic advertising solutions informed by a deep understanding of the evolving digital and media landscape.Ā
Proven experience selling multi-platform digital advertising and media solutions, with a strong ability to adoptĀ new technologiesĀ and approaches in a fast-changing environment.Ā
Industry certifications and/or Google Ads certification (formerly AdWords).Ā
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment whileĀ maintainingĀ strong client relationships and delivering business excellence.Ā
Comfort with hybrid work (3 in-office collaboration days per week).Ā
