Job DetailsJob Location: HQ - York, PA 17402OVERVIEW OF POSITION:    The Clinical Nurse Specialist is a clinical leader within the Acute Urology team, responsible for driving product adoption, education, and clinical alignment across hospital systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This is a field role with travel required within an assigned territory, and that aligns closely with the Acute Urology sales team to bridge key touchpoints like rehab facilities, ensuring seamless continuity across the entire bladder continuum of care.    At its core, this role is three things: an Educator who builds clinical knowledge and best practices at the bedside, a Promoter who drives product adoption and communicates the value of HRHC solutions, and a Facilitator who connects the continuum of care across acute, rehab, and home settings. Everything this role does flows from those three responsibilities. This is a hybrid clinical and commercial role. While clinical expertise is the foundation, the position also supports the value of HR HealthCare solutions, contributes to sales growth, and helps generate new business opportunities within Acute Care accounts.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of the Products within acute facilities. Understand the customer’s environment, including key decision-makers, their concerns, and challenges to effectively advance the sales process. Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies and present HR HealthCare’s value proposition, including the financial and clinical impact. Maintain an elevated level of clinical and technical product knowledge, including a strong understanding of competitive activity and market trends. Collaborate with inside sales representative(s) within the territory to ensure appropriate coverage and to drive awareness of the products with key stakeholders. Perform product demonstrations, clinical and patient education and in-services at perspective and active accounts, when required. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives. Maintain a strong desire to gain new customers and expand market share within the territory. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to increase product usage. Execute HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology. Develop and execute territory plans, including customer segmentation, targeting and routing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system(s). Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and other sales team members to implement initiatives and provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and strategy. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; exceptional listening and communication abilities. Selling experience or knowledge of urology products or medical devices, preferred. High attention to detail, strong time management, and territory management skills. Experience navigating and selling into hospitals. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and communicate complex clinical and technical information in a simple, understandable way. Commitment to conducting business to the highest ethical and professional standards, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Strong business acumen, hunter mentality, and results-oriented approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM. Ability to travel, including overnight (40% - 60%). Manage expenses that (travel, sampling, meals, etc.) within allotted budget Valid driver’s license required.
