$39.60 - $59.40A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Supervisor-Transfer Center, oversees daily operations of the Illinois Division Transfer Center, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant patient transfers. This role serves as a clinical resource, leads staff development, and supports quality, regulatory, and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- Associates degree in nursing and three years of clinical nursing experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years acute care nursing experience is required.
- Prior Transfer Center experience is strongly preferred.
- One of supervisory, charge nurse, or team lead experience in an acute care setting is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within three months of hire date.
