Watson Custom Tanks is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Brake Press Operator. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want an opportunity to learn and grow in manufacturing, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Operate brake press equipment to form metal parts to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Test finished products and identify defects
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable attendance and positive teamwork skills
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
