Trident’s Integrated C4ISR Systems (ICS) specializes in products and services which improve the safety and survivability of our armed forces. We develop solutions for a wide range of demanding missions and environments, including tactical communications systems for multi-national interoperability, autonomous predictive maintenance and logistics solutions, and scalable, responsive, all-domain surveillance systems. Trident's integrated systems support the protection of the National Capital Region and various military installations both domestic and abroad. Position Summary

The Integrator position will assist with building, assembling, and testing Trident's commercial products to include secure Wireless Access Points, Secure Communication Controllers, and Data Loggers. Responsibilities will include integration, design, documentation, demonstrations, procurement, QA inspection, and asset tracking. The role will also occasionally include supporting off-site installation and integration efforts of IT components. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cable build, assembly, testing, documentation and shipping preparation for ICS Products.
  • Perform wiring harness and cable assembly, performing continuity checks on the final assemblies. 
  • Perform QA receiving and inspection procedures. 
  • Installation and integration of IT and facility items. 
  • Assist with documentation and inventory efforts to acquire, label, track, and update asset information and location for ICS Products and equipment. 
  • Assist with demonstrations and training of ICS Products. 
  • Assist with design and procedure documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience 
  • Hands-on experience installing cabling and equipment.
  • Experience with terminating copper and solder connections.
  • Experience reading and understanding block diagrams, schematics, engineer drawings, specifications, manuals, and plans.
  • Experience following work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions.
  • Experience performing system and unit testing. 
  • Experience working on Windows based systems.
  • Good interpersonal working skills in a team environment with the ability to work independently as well
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to follow written instructions, document work performed and follow up with engineers and management as required.
