Key Responsibilities:Â
• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in diverse settings under your professional and ethical guidelines.Â
• Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within state regulatory and accreditation standards.Â
• Document diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans demonstrating a collaborative approach with your clients.Â
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, offering feedback on pertinent cases.Â
• Ensure timely documentation of services, adhering to applicable standards and best practices.Â
• Assist clients through transition processes and complete final correspondences such as summaries and letters.Â
• Handle crisis situations effectively and participate in or coordinate emergency services as needed.Â
• Represent the agency professionally within the community, maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and clients.Â

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Â
• Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Â
• Hold provisional licensure with the board of professional registration for your practicing state (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT).Â
• Willingness to obtain full licensure and fulfill required clinical supervision hours, including passing a licensing exam.Â
• Comfortable providing telehealth services to individuals we serve (training will be provided).Â

Additional Qualifications:Â
• Successful completion of a background check, including criminal records and driving records.Â
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.Â
• Must complete all mandatory training in accordance with state regulatory and accreditation standards.Â
• Ability to maintain knowledge of program policies, procedures, and regulations.Â

Physical Requirements:Â
• ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Â
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.Â
