Job Description:

Program Finance Sr Specialist Surveillance and Automation Solutions division in Herndon, VA 

Essential Functions:

L3Harris Technologies Mission Networks sector is seeking a Sr Specialist Program Finance Analyst (PFA) in Herndon, VA for the Surveillance and Automation Solutions division. This position will be responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing cost control of the budget for large and/or complex programs. This position will report to the Sr Manager of Finance for SBS Program. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the financial plan for assigned programs, including performing earned-value analysis and preparing customer reports.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, FP&A, Accounting, functional support departments, and customers as the primary source of all financial information for all assigned programs.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for Orders, Sales, Operating Income, Cash Flow, and Working Capital
  • Serve as the financial expert for programs, alerting management to potential issues, identifying risks, and proposing solutions
  • Prepare accurate and complete variance analyses with explanations and corrective actions.
  • Provide financial analysis for audits and other ad hoc financial activities.
  • Ability to work with multiple contract types

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
