Sanitation Technician

LP IND LLC dba Jordan Process is seeking a dependable and motivated Sanitation Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed work, follows procedures carefully, and works well as part of a team.

What You Will Do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, manufacturing areas, warehouses, floors, walls, drains, utensils, and support spaces.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning and inspection.
• Follow sanitation schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cGMP requirements.
• Safely prepare and use approved cleaning chemicals in accordance with instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Complete sanitation logs and cleaning documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report sanitation concerns, equipment damage, or maintenance needs.
• Remove waste and production residue, keep assigned areas organized, and follow company safety, quality, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and reach overhead.
• Comfort working around cleaning chemicals and in wet, humid, hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing environments while wearing required PPE.
