As a Production Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, working under the guidance of a supervisor to perform a range of tasks using small machinery and hand tools.

What You'll Do:

Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
