What You’ll Bring
Required
- Current ABC certification as a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain all state licensure required for the position.
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, prosthetic and orthotic componentry, and rehabilitation principles.
- Ability to independently manage a patient caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
Preferred
- Two or more years of clinical O&P experience.
- Experience developing physician, therapist, or other healthcare referral relationships.
- Clinical leadership or mentorship experience.
- Experience working within a growing outpatient O&P practice.
Newly certified CPOs are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $80,000 for newly certified CPOs.
- Experienced clinicians will receive additional compensation based on experience, specialty expertise, and leadership contributions.
