Job DetailsJob Location: TN - Springfield, TN 37172Available Shifts (Full-Time): Weekend shift offering a unique schedule with built-in flexibility during the week: Work 24 hours on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Plus 16 hours during the week (Monday–Friday) You choose your weekday hours.  Pick any shifts that fit your schedule Second Shift:  Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Night Shift:  Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM Are you looking for a company that invests in your future? What You’ll Do: Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines) Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work both independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent work experience Willingness to learn and follow directions Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams Team mindset and strong communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
