Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fairfax, VA is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a membership-model spa franchise environment. If you understand recurring revenue, retention metrics, and daily sales accountability — and you’re the type of person who thrives on organization and checklists this is your opportunity to step into a true leadership role.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just start tasks, but finishes them. Someone who tracks details, follows up consistently, and keeps the team aligned and accountable.

What You’ll Do
·       Support and help lead a high-performing front desk and sales team
·       Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention in a membership-based spa model
·       Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion, rebooks, attrition, revenue)
·       Follow structured processes and ensure execution across the team
·       Coach Spa Associates on sales behaviors and client experience
·       Maintain organization across schedules, inventory, payroll support, and reporting
·       Partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure operational excellence

·       Experience working in a membership-based spa or franchise environment required
·       Strong understanding of recurring revenue and client retention strategies
·       Highly organized — you enjoy lists, trackers, and structured systems
·       Proven follow-through and task completion skills
·       Comfortable holding team members accountable in a professional way
·       Sales-focused mindset with leadership capability
·       Weekend availability
