Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fairfax, VA is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a membership-model spa franchise environment. ·       Support and help lead a high-performing front desk and sales team

·       Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention in a membership-based spa model

·       Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion, rebooks, attrition, revenue)

·       Follow structured processes and ensure execution across the team

·       Coach Spa Associates on sales behaviors and client experience

·       Maintain organization across schedules, inventory, payroll support, and reporting

·       Partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure operational excellence

·       Experience working in a membership-based spa or franchise environment required

·       Strong understanding of recurring revenue and client retention strategies

·       Highly organized — you enjoy lists, trackers, and structured systems

·       Proven follow-through and task completion skills

·       Comfortable holding team members accountable in a professional way
