Day to day as a Maintenance TECH
As a new Full-Time Maintenance Tech at Bryan Properties Group, you can expect a varied and engaging daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections of properties, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also handle tenant requests, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and coordinate repair schedules to maintain property integrity. Each day will involve hands-on tasks, from managing work orders to prioritizing urgent repairs. Expect to foster a collaborative atmosphere, mentoring team members while encouraging their problem-solving skills.

What we're looking for in a Maintenance Supervisor
