About the Role:

KORE CAFE in Springfield, TN is looking for an energetic and passionate Cafe Team Member to join our growing crew! Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and welcoming manner
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other cafe drinks to order
Handle food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items
Operate a POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards
Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient cafe operations during peak hours

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or food service role preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a positive, outgoing attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS transactions
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must meet local food handler certification requirements or be willing to obtain one
