We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative who embodies our core values: GRIT, Student of the Game, Play Through the Whistle, and Caring & Candid leadership. If you thrive on building trust, opening doors, and creating long-term partnerships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strategic referral partnerships (property managers, insurance agents, commercial facilities, contractors, etc.)
- Develop and execute a territory business development plan
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Stay consistently engaged with referral sources through calls, visits, and networking events
- Track activity and performance through CRM and weekly reporting
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience
