Position Summary The Project Manager IV leads complex, high-value construction and design projects from concept to completion. You’ll own scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the on-site leader ensuring successful delivery every step of the way. What You’ll Do Lead large-scale construction and renovation projects end-to-end Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance Oversee field operations and resolve complex issues Review designs, submittals, and invoices for compliance Ensure adherence to codes, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders Deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget   QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years of experience) Strong construction/project management background Knowledge of building systems, codes, and project delivery Ability to lead multiple high-value projects Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with project management and estimating tools Why MIRACORP?
