Construction Site Super

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee historic restoration projects in the Springfield, MA area. This is a unique opportunity to work on meaningful, detail-driven projects that preserve and restore historic structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership experience, a deep understanding of construction practices, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for historic restoration projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and project schedules
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and historic preservation requirements
• Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Track progress, manage site logistics, and resolve field issues

Requirements:

• Massachusetts CSL (Construction Supervisor License) – Required
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman
• Experience with historic restoration, renovation, or preservation projects strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
