SRC Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced part-time Corporate Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist to support the General Counsel and Legal Department in managing a broad range of corporate, commercial, governance, real estate, compliance, and legal operations matters.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable partnering with executives and business leaders in a fast-paced, employee-owned organization.
What You'll Do
You’ll play a critical role in helping the legal team deliver practical, business-focused legal support across SRC Holdings and its subsidiaries.
- Corporate Governance & Entity Management: Maintain corporate records and governance documentation, support board activities, manage entity compliance, and coordinate corporate filings.
- Contract Administration & Commercial Transactions: Draft, review, manage, and coordinate commercial contracts while supporting due diligence and strategic business transactions.
- Real Estate & Business Operations Support: Provide legal support for lease administration, property transactions, and operational and real estate development projects.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Support compliance programs, audits, investigations, policy management, and regulatory requirements across the organization.
- Legal Operations: Improve legal department processes, manage legal systems and workflows, leverage technology and AI tools, and coordinate cross-functional legal projects.
- General Legal Support: Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents and executive materials, and provide general support to the General Counsel and Legal Department.
What You'll Bring
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience (paralegal certification preferred).
- 3–7 years of paralegal or related legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department.
- Experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, real estate, or transactional matters.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience with legal technology, contract management systems, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
