Location: Drybar Fairfax Corner (Fairfax, Virginia) -- Looking for HIGH-ENERGY stylists for our most HIGH-DEMAND days (FRIDAY-SUNDAY)

We are looking for a hair stylist who has:

• Strong technical proficiency in styling and knowledge of styling tools
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to cater to individual client preferences
• Ability to listen actively to clients, ask clarifying questions, and explain technical advice clearly to avoid misunderstandings 
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to a positive salon experience
• Professionalism in appearance, conduct, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends, techniques, and the diverse needs of our clients
• Ability to be punctual and to manage your schedule effectively
• Ability to work with and be part of a team
