Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Resource Representative to join our Customer Support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with online and mobile banking services, answering account-related inquiries, and providing technical support for digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position includes a work-from-home rotation within the department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and route calls appropriately when needed.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance for customer account inquiries and service requests.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to online banking, mobile banking applications, and web browser compatibility.
- Support customers using internet banking and mobile account access platforms on smartphones and tablets.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior banking and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
