Responsibilities:
•    Oversee operations for 6-9 locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards
•    Coach and develop General Managers to exceed goals
•    Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to drive improvement
•    Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and labor regulations
•    Foster a culture of accountability and recognition
Qualifications:
•    3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or retail
•    Strong business acumen and ability to interpret KPIs and P&L reports
•    Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
•    Commitment to building high-performance teams
