What you’ll be doing: Â
Provide leadership and oversight for electrical service operations across multiple branch locationsÂ
Partner with General Managers and field leadership to ensure consistent execution of Paschal standardsÂ
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop electricians, technicians, and support staff across locationsÂ
Coach and mentor location leaders to drive performance, accountability, and engagementÂ
Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfactionÂ
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and participate in performance evaluationsÂ
Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance across assigned locationsÂ
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to drive consistency and scalabilityÂ
Resolve escalated customer concerns and support teams in delivering exceptional serviceÂ
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulationsÂ
Oversee inventory standards, tools, and equipment to support efficient operationsÂ
Champion safety initiatives and enforce safety policies across all locationsÂ
Support growth initiatives, including new market expansion and team scalingÂ
Perform other duties as assignedÂ
What We’re Looking For:Â
Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence teams across multiple locationsÂ
Strong customer-first mindset with a servant-leader approachÂ
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel between locationsÂ
Required professional certifications or licenses (such as a Master Electrician license, as applicable)Â
Several years of experience in electrical services with progressive leadership responsibilityÂ
Demonstrated success managing performance, budgets, and operational metricsÂ
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practicesÂ
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsÂ
Proficiency with project management tools and standard office applicationsÂ
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementÂ
