Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Springfield, Missouri team!
- Lead the design/implementation of complex engineering projects
- Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards
- Solve/navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts/innovative strategies
- Mentor/train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development
- Ensure continuous improvements by developing/refining engineering practices and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 6+ years of engineering experience
- PE License
