Dr. Matthew Haluch at Baystate Dental is looking for a General Dentist to join our team across several Western Massachusetts locations. Enjoy strong patient flow, modern technology, and a supportive clinical environment with mentorship available for new grads.

Open Locations:

Chicopee · East Longmeadow · Hadley · Hampden · Indian Orchard · Longmeadow · Ludlow · Northampton · Pittsfield · Shelburne Falls · Springfield (Main St & Sumner Ave) · West Springfield · Westfield

Schedule:Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday–Friday (No weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

Compensation: $180,000-300,000+ based on production and collection-based bonuses

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of practice
Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
