What You’ll Do

Provide assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility

Build positive, therapeutic relationships with individuals and families to ensure quality care and support

Support life skills, personal development, and independence goals outlined in care plans

Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed

Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate effectively with your supervisor

Attend team meetings and required trainings

Report any safety or care concerns in accordance with company policy
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

State-issued Home Health Aide certification or CNA license required

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
-
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
