We are excited to expand our team and are actively seeking dedicated individuals for both full-time and part-time Housekeeper/Groundskeeper roles!
In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment across our property's exterior and common areas.
Key responsibilities include;
- Providing friendly and courteous service to residents and colleagues
- Keeping grounds clear of trash and debris
- Monitoring building exteriors and signage
- Overseeing basic pool maintenance
- Maintaining breezeways
- Performing snow and ice removal
- Caring for trees and flower beds
- Managing pet waste and litter removal
- Collaborating with our Maintenance Technicians as needed.
Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Management and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
