Income Tax Accounting Manager: Relocation Offered

Description

The Manager, Income Tax Accounting leads all aspects of income tax accounting and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year‑end tax provisions and financial statement disclosures. This role partners closely with third‑party tax preparers, manages income tax audits, and leads a team of tax professionals. The position plays a key role in ongoing growth initiatives and an upcoming general ledger system upgrade. While scoped at the Manager level, candidates with Director‑level experience may be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred

6+ years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or a large corporate environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross‑functionally

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle ambiguity in a fast‑growing environment

Willingness to work on‑site in Springfield, MO and commit long‑term to the location

This is a Permanent position based out of Springfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
