As our next Injection Molding Process Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, optimizing, and sustaining injection molding processes that support the production of high-quality automotive components. Your expertise in injection molding technology, process optimization, and manufacturing excellence will be essential in driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, establish, and optimize injection molding processes for automotive components
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and manufacturing efficiency
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain and control process documentation, parameter settings, and engineering changes
• Train operators and technicians on molding processes, standards, and best practices
• Lead and support continuous improvement activities focused on reducing scrap and improving cycle times
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements across all molding operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment, tooling, and plastic materials
• Proven experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, and problem-solving
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and specifications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality management systems

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in automotive injection molding operations
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects
• Knowledge of scientific molding techniques
• Experience supporting new product launches and process validations
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements
